Is my data safe?

Safe shopping is one of the most important factors we care about in our online store.

• Personal data - we do not share your data with anyone for marketing purposes (we must provide data only in situations necessary to provide the service, including to the Inpost Courier or Poczta Polska). Details can be read in our Privacy Policy.
• Data transfer: we have an SSL certificate installed. SSL certificates are a tool that protects websites and guarantees the confidentiality of data sent electronically.

How long is the order processing time?

The order processing time in Poland is 2-5 business days, while in other EU countries it may be extended to 7 business days. All information about this can be found here.

Can I return the product?

Of course, you have the right to return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it. You can find the returns policy in the returns and complaints tab.

How to make a return?

If the product you ordered turned out to be incorrect, you may return it within 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier you designated, physically received the purchased goods. Firstly inform us about it.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first inform us of your decision via e-mail kontakt@saratelier.eu within 14 days of receiving the purchased goods. Then download the withdrawal form, print it, fill it out and attach it to the package with the returned goods and immediately send the goods back to our address: Zawadzkiego 90, 42-460 Nowa Wieś, Poland by any courier company.

Can I exchange the product for a different size?

We do not directly exchange one size for another, but you can return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund your money and you can place a new order.

What are the costs and shipping methods?

Prices for each destination are shown when you select a delivery country, and are constantly updated according to carrier rates (DPD Europe) and currency exchange rates. They are calculated daily, so prices may differ from the average prices listed below.

How to choose the right size?

There is a size chart "Tabela rozmiarów" under the price of each product in the product card. Please compare your dimensions with those given in the table. Remember that each product has a separate size chart. Please read also carefully the drop-down description located under each product.

Are all products made in Poland?

Yes, we sew all clothes in our own sewing room, so we guarantee high precision and great quality of each product :) More information about our brand can be found here.
